__ParentID metadata should be parent Asset ID, not parent element GUID in AF.

As a connect data services user, it is more helpful to me to know the parent asset id of my asset rather than its parent element GUID. This would allow me to more easily navigate the Asset hierarchy programatically.

Ability to see created by/at and modified by/at for virtual tables and shares

As an administrator, I'd like to know which users are creating virtual tables and share to be able to manage the tables created better. With that information, I can track down who "owns" each table. Ideally this information would be in the side bar.
