Select Stream Name display options

Currently when adding multiple streams to the same content pane the Stream Names will change dynamically depending on what parts are common, these becoming hidden.

This can sometimes make it confusing and hard to understand what streams we are looking at.

We would like to control this and make it possible to choose whether we display the full name of the stream or use the current dynamic model. Currently the only way to change the name is by manually editing it which can be a lot of work on large displays.
This is a feature already on Pi Vision.
