Detect when a stream was added or removed from the community

Have the ability to see if new streams were added/removed from the community. The idea is to automate actions on the receiving end of the community by adding the new streams to any sort or analytic or visual once a stream is added.

__ParentID metadata should be parent Asset ID, not parent element GUID in AF.

As a connect data services user, it is more helpful to me to know the parent asset id of my asset rather than its parent element GUID. This would allow me to more easily navigate the Asset hierarchy programatically.
