Create Calculations using Python

As a data scientist, I need to be able to create calculations from data using Python SO THAT I can create analytics using the language I'm familiar with and write the outputs of these analytics back to the data store.

    There is a Python sample library for Cloud Services that is maintained by team members. It interoperates well with Jupyter Notebook, and was the basis of demos at the User Conference 2017. It would be nice to add more types of "data science" operations to help streamline the use of the code for data science purposes.
