Better Preview possibilites of Thread reload

When creating a thread logic, right now there is no backfilling preview feature available which would allow to get a preview on an event creation logic within a logic block or when doing a calculation. It would be good to have a similar preview feature available like in PI Analytics which provides more visibility of what the expected end result may be before doing a bulk backfill operation.
