Support Future Data PI Points

PI System is being used to host forecast data and the customer wants to bring this into CONNECT data services, do centralized analytics, and bring back the results into PI.

    Customer needs future data to provide day a head prices and planed power consumption load to the power market ecosystem. The use case is centered around future data, without it, there is no use case to be partailly delviered.
