Replace the Expand All/Collapse All menu of components with equivalent buttons

The Expand All/Collapse All menu is meant to be more convenient than expanding or collapsing all components individually. However, it currently takes a click, a careful mouse movement, and another click to select an option.

To make this even easier, please replace the "⋮" with buttons that represent "Expand All" and "Collapse" all. You can use the same icons for the buttons that are in the current menu. These buttons should have the tooltips "Expand All" and "Collapse All" appear when you hover over them. The extra horizontal space taken up by these buttons is not even an issue because the left pane will collapse before it gets narrow enough for the buttons to run into the "Components" text.
