Be able to reorder components

As an AVEVA Adapter gets used more, some components might need to be added or deleted, which can leave the component list in a suboptimal order. Please allow the components to be reordered, ideally by clicking and dragging for the most frictionless experience. It is fine if the OmfEgress component is forced to remain at the top. Most users would probably leave it where it is.
