Fix the description for "Connect String" for the AVEVA Adapter For RDBMS

When you configure a data source for the AVEVA Adapter For RDBMS through the AVEVA Adapter Configuration Utility, the description for "Connect String" is just "DSN". A connection string is more than just a DSN and does not even need to reference a DSN. Please give a better description than "DSN".
