Adapter should have the ability to read from a TCP Socket

In a lighthouse project we needed to read from a TCP Socket. Ideally the Adapter for Structured Data files would be able to read from a socket and process its data.

    Also supporting other input methods would be helpful such as REST Server/Client, Pop3 or serial port (such as PI CONNECTOR/Interface for UFL does support).
