On CALM 2 - Within the orders module under created by column want to see individual name rather than Customer

The customer using CALM for requesting licences is working with a CALM Read/Write group of 5 people and would like to be able to see from orders list the name of the individual requester of a previous licence. This would allow the customer contact to go straight to the group member about any issues linked to that site / licence, saving time.
