Make the date format in the trend data csv download consistent with the date format in the CONNECT Visualization content data export

In CONNECT Data Services, when you Download CSV data from a trend the date format is YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ssZ. In CONNECT Visualization, when you export content data to csv the date format is determined by your client language (e.g. MM/DD/YYYY hh:mm:ss AM/PM for en-US). The date format in the csv exports for both products should be consistent, preferably the current CONNECT Visualization format since it’s the more easily readable format in Excel.
