Expose count parameter to dataviews requests

By default, dataviews will return pages of 25k rows at a time, but allow you to manually specify up to 250k rows per page. For large data ingests, this default value can result in longer data loads because many "smaller" pages are being loaded. Giving the user more control to request fewer, "larger" pages would result in quicker load times for large dataview queries.
