Allow changing the owner of an OMF Connection using the portal or API

"As an administrator or privileged user, I would like to be able to use the CDS portal or API to change the owner of an OMF Connection"

The user who initially creates an OMF Connection is permanently the owner and any connection through this endpoint will assume the roles/permissions associated with this account.

Should the user leave the organisation or the additional roles be required, the only option is to create a new OMF Connection and assign all clients to the new connection. A button in the Portal that allows an administrator or privileged user to select a new owner (from a search dialog) would be great.

Additionally, exposing the owner as the output of the API call and allowing changes :

/Namespaces/<NamespaceID>/OmfConnections/<OMFConnectionID>

Alternatively, should this not be possible, an in-built workflow to create a new Connection with the appropriate user and transfer the client credentials to this new object without disrupting service could also be sufficient

This following idea is related to this request as, without this feature, the following will occur (Both are appropriate, not-duplicates as the API/OMF spec/endpoint should be clearer that there is an issue)
