Improve error messages when OMF ingress fails due to permissions errors

Applications ingesting data into Connect Data Services via OMF inherit their permissions from the user who created the OMF Connection their client is mapped to.


If that user is removed from Connect, then these applications will be unable to write data to Connect Data Services as they no longer have permission to do so. In this case it is quite difficult to troubleshoot the issue as:

1) The OMF Connection may still have a green 'active' status

2) The OMF application receives a 204 HTTP status code indicating success

3) Connect Data Services logs, which do report an error, are delayed by 10 minutes.

As a Connect administrator I would like fir improved logging and UI elements (e.g. through the OMF Connection status) so that I can determine if my OMF connections are accepting data.
