Add Warning when there are multiple rows at the same timestamp with the same Field

Add a Warning when there are multiple rows with the same Field to prompt user to add additional context via Grouping Fields, Identifying Field, etc.

Currently, if the Identifying Field and Grouping Fields are set in a way that results in multiple rows at the same timestamp sharing the same Field, the user is not prompted to add further context and if the Virtual Table is shared to Databricks only one of those rows will be published.

Desired outcome is that a warning is thrown while user is building the Data View which prompts them to add context to catch these scenarios.

Example scenario:
When Assets have properties with the same Stream Reference Name and Stream Reference Name is the identifying field, the Data View preview results in multiple rows at the same where the Field is the same. Without additional grouping fields, users are missing the context of what is being represented and the rows appear as duplicates

This also produces an issue when sharing the Virtual Table to Databricks - only one row will be published. The duplicates will not be published
