Timestamp offsetting/aligning intervals to a specific time before data flows to Databricks

Please introduce the ability to include timestamp offsetting OR giving a selectable start/end of period option on summary/aggregated data timestamps (different cities have different approaches to data timing) I.e. when doing a 30min aggregation, I can select the timestamp to represent the start OR end of the 30min interval.

This makes it easier for the business unit accessing and reviewing this data on Databricks - compliance requirement
