Bulk Delete Stream Data Within a Time Range

Provide the ability to delete data from selected streams—or all streams in an instance—between a specified start and end time, while preserving the stream definitions.

Use Case:
During or after an evaluation or testing exercise, the responsible team needs to remove all test data they ingested without deleting the streams themselves. This allows the existing stream definitions to be retained and reused for future testing or production activities.
