Store and display additional UOM for streams for reporting and analytics

A "Value" is useless and completely out of context without a UoM. CONNECT needs the ability to store 2 UoMs (one original from raw data) and one for reporting or analyzed data. The raw/source data Unit of Measure should ideally never change, BUT in many/most cases the reporting/displaying or analyses of data is in a different UoM than the sources UoM. Attached example shows UoMs in AAA which needs to be viewed in CVS...e.g. stored in CDS.
