OMF sample in Go language

Provided that Go is cloud-native, can be used for highly scalable solutions and is well-suited for web development, I'd like to see samples of using Go app as a web client for communication with PI Core/PI Cloud using OMF.

Accept HEX numbers for Register offsets in data selection

Most modbus equipment providers provide information using registers in Hex format i.e. 0x0000 ~ 0xFFFF. It would be nice if the offset could accept this to avoid error in conversions HEX to DEC. Would make things alot more seamless/easier.

Add querying of Data Views to Data View API

There is currently no way to search for Data Views apart from retrieving them all and then searching. Other APIs such as the Assets API and the Streams API support querying so it would make sense for the Data Views API to as well.

Allow multiple identifying fields in column labels
