Preview portal UI & the Interpolated/Stored button

During a Lighthouse project with The International Group, Inc. and Lityx there was confusion caused by an assumption that ‘Interpolated/Stored’ is a default parameter that can be configured as part of a Data View vs. something that must be specified within the URI. That confusion was generally tied to the fact that the Interpolated/Stored selector is sitting right next to the time range selector which IS a parameter that can be stored with the Data View. There was also confusion when changing interpolated vs. stored and then seeing that the "Save" button was still disabled. Consider an approach where it's made clear that Interpolated/Stored is impacting what's being displayed in the preview pane and IS NOT stored as a default with the Data View itself.
