Multi Language Support for Attributes

As someone who needs to create displays and other 'artifacts' from context, I need to be able to use different names for Attributes depending on the language of the user SO THAT I don't need to build multiple displays for each language.

Support Kerberos for adapters on Linux

Add parameter "Max Monitored Items per Subscription"

The connector for OPC UA includes a parameter “Max Monitored Items per Subscription”, which is very helpful in managing UA servers which may have limits on the maximum items per subscription. This parameter needs to also be available in the adapters.
