Multi Language Support for Attributes

As someone who needs to create displays and other 'artifacts' from context, I need to be able to use different names for Attributes depending on the language of the user SO THAT I don't need to build multiple displays for each language.

    i could dream of the option to add translation layers per language and then allow users to toggle language in the client tools. could we one-shot a language translation and then allow user edits to polish the attrib names/descr. seems possible, is it manageable?

    Japanese people hesitated to English display even though OCS users are high educated people....
