    Show credit burn down for virtual tables feature

    As an administrator, it would be useful to know how many streams accessed the virtual tables feature is using so that I can get an idea of the cost of each virtual table and share.

    Want ability to get simple average across multiple streams in a data view

    Include static or slowly changing values for stored retrieval type
