Label the namespace on usage records and credit transactions

Both in the Credit Report and the Resource Usage Report pages of CONNECT there is a "Folder" column that is not populated for CONNECT data services credit transactions and usage records. Having this level of awareness on charges and usage would allow admins to determine the usage-related costs per folder (e.g. each folder is a business unit).
