Support multi-index, complex streams as property output in the thread engine

It is required to read data from individual streams and create out of this a single stream which can have a secondary index besides timestamp. This would allow the correlation of individual data streams with each other besides just time series – potential use case: time-to-length conversion (MMM/P&P), depth related information (o&g)
