Alert if ingress detected to be in a bad state

During 2 recent lighthouse projects, most recently with Kimball Electronics, the machine hosting the PI to ADH agent experienced a reboot due to patch installations. PI to ADH didn't properly restart (we'll investigate that separately) and, as such, no data was flowing. This wasn't discovered until an engineer doing work on AVEVA Advanced Analytics notices something peculiar about the data. After some digging they checked the ADH Portal and then saw that PI to ADH was reporting BAD status. It would be quite beneficial if ADH supported some form(s) of alerting to announce this type of event vs. requiring a person to log into the portal.


Comment: Although this entry is specific to PI to ADH, it could be generalized across all data ingress products. Implement some form of detection & alerting around situations where ingress is in a bad state.
