Exception and compression settings as stream metadata

PI to CONNECT automatically creates metadata for some tag properties such as pointsource, instrumentttag or exdesc.

It would be useful if PI to CONNECT could also create metadata for exception and compression settings. This would help data consumers (including other companies via communities) assess data quality, especially data gaps.

    For some use cases in data science it is important to know what is the actual compression of a PI tag as this has impact on analytics results. Some other tag attributes are important as well, but PI to CONNECT only provides three different levels of metadata replication. It would be better to also have a custom option as well to allow manual selection of tag attributes to be replicated as stream metadata!
