Exception and compression settings as stream metadata

PI to Data Hub automatically creates metadata for some tag properties such as pointsource, instrumentttag or exdesc.

It would be useful if PI to Data Hub could also create metadata for exception and compression settings. This would help data consumers (including other companies via communities) assess data quality, especially data gaps.
