Allow selective AF Database indexing

The PItoDatahub agent will index the whole AF server. On big ones, this is tedious (one took more than 12 hours) - would prefer to have the ability to choose either on the agent or from ADH which AF databases to index.

    Customers sometimes have large numbers of AF Attributes that do not get resolved to PI Tags. I see the need for some customers to create a specific AF Database or root, that is cleaned up specifically to support Transfer to Data Hub.

    It would be better if the user could select an AF branch or at least a specific database, rather than having to index the entire AF Server, which can lead to long index times and large error logs.
