Better align AVEVA Data Hub Asset Type to AF template

Right now, PI to Data Hub agent creates empty asset types for the assets it creates.
Additionally, if you connect multiple agents which have the same templates (or the same template names), these will all be created as empty asset types.
If the Asset Types would be created in a more aligned fashion, we could re-use these templates for additional datasets for those assets, even if they are not coming from PI to ADH Agent.

    AVEVA Connect Visualization would also like this feature to be available. we would like to be able to create Visual Content and Dashboards that are associated to an Asset Type and be able to switch the Asset Context at runtime. Without having the Asset Type Properties / shape we are unable to leverage this capability.
