PI to OCS browser dependency in PI to OCS Agent install

There seems to be a dependency on IE, when installing the PI to OCS agent. This wasn't there in earlier versions. I kept getting Flash error during DUO authentication. I had FF and Chrome installed, and Flash was disabled. I ended up having to install IE, then disable Flash in IE, before I could get past the DUO error

    PI to OCS now uses the System Browser during installation. The install kit will now use the default system browser instead of the older embedded browser for user authentication to avoid known embedded browser issues. This functionality was released in version 1.4.84.0 on August 12, 2020. Please log into OCS and download and install this latest version of PI to OCS to enable these features.
