Support Custom Prefix on PI to OCS Streams

I am bringing some of my customers' PI Data into OCS. I would like to be able to add a prefix to the data within a particular transfer, because it is very possible my customers could have PI tags with the same name, and even PI Servers that are named the same. I am concerned about the possibility for naming conflicts.

    In addition, when this does happen, some OCS tools not anticipating this. For instance, in Visualization search, only the stream name, not the stream ID is displayed so difficult to discern different streams with identical names.

    PI tags were probably created before the thought of OCS or Communities. PI to OCS needs the ability to add information as the tag is used to create a stream, so that the OCS admin can easily select streams that are to be shared in Communities. This might be accomplished through prefix, suffix, meta data or labels.
