PI to OCS Support multiple tag lists with different time ranges

As a PI to OCS Administrator, I would like to be able to specify a list of PI Tags/AF elements and transfer with a certain time range, and then another list of different PI Tags/AF elements with a different time range, from the same PI Server so I can optimize the data stored in OCS and not send extraneous information over our expensive internet connection.

    It would be incredibly helpful to be able to add a Transfer End Time rather than having the only way to specify an end time being to end the transfer.
