If data contains asset information, this data shall be written to asset related streams

Challenge:

We have (CSV) data files which come from Laboratory or other measuring equipment where the data lines contain information on which asset the measurement was taken from. In our particular use case, we read sample data from lab analyzer which performs analysis on product quality for a specific skid/bioreactor. The data shall be split up to collect the data for each individual asset. Right now, the PI Adapter for SDF can't be configured to use information from the data to let it be split up into asset specific streams. To process the data properly, we currently use a Python script which does the processing of the data and sends it into a complex stream for each particular related asset.


Solution:

Allow configuration for the PI Adapter for SDF to consume data information that it can create asset specific streams as it is possible with PI Interface/Connector for UFL.
