Add AVEVA Adapters to the Enterprise Agreement

Before, one of the main attractions of the Enterprise Agreement (EA) was that you get unlimited access to all standard PI Interfaces and PI Connectors. However, now that AVEVA Adapters are the successors to PI Interfaces and PI Connectors, and since PI Adapters aren't included in the EA, the EA becomes an expensive way to gain unlimited access to dying technologies, and it becomes more cost-effective for customers to instead pay for each (not-dying) product separately. Please include AVEVA Adapters in either the current version or a new version of the Enterprise Agreement.

For the initial releases of PI Adapters, we are targeting new customer use cases, especially in conjunction with our other newer technologies like OCS and EDS. We encourage you to have any commercial discussions with your account manager because they will have more insight into your particular situation.

Update on my side note: Managed PI is no longer being sold, which removes even more appeal from the Enterprise Agreement.

Side note: The EA already lost some of its appeal due to Managed PI not being able to monitor some of the newer PI programs, such as PI Connectors, the RTQP Engine, and PI Web API. The nullification of yet another perk (unlimited access to standard PI Interfaces and PI Connectors) makes an even stronger case against customers going for the EA. If OSIsoft is worried about the EA being "too good", they can always remove some of the deprecated programs from the EA and sell them separately to EA customers. That way, there is more incentive for EA customers to upgrade their PI systems, which should then reduce costs on OSIsoft's end since they will be able to ditch the deprecated programs sooner.
