PI Adaptor for Perfmon

To move to next gen AVEVA tech, and perform a migration to Adaptors, critical monitoring with perfmon adaptor (Instead of Interface for PIPerfMon) would be ideal.

Portability of using linux, docker etc. and having this data be available in AVEVA Datahub is also ideal. This would provide the ability to port any monitoring for PI from on premise using Interface for Perfmon with Vision dashboards to a Datahub making the dashboards accessible from AVEVA cloud data-hub services.
