The OPC UA Connector has a feature that should also be included with the AVEVA Adapter for OPC UA : UserAccessLevel=HistoryRead - No real time data to subscribe for and only has historical data stored

    Thank you for your feedback. We would like to get some clarification on the requested behavior so that we have the appropriate enhancement request noted for future reference.

    According to the PI Connector for OPC UA Gen 2 documentation, it describes that parameter as: "Marking this causes the connector to scan those OPC UA variables that store only historical data; that is, variables without current values". Are you hoping to run a manual discovery action via the adapter to find only items that have the UserAccessLevel=HistoryRead setting to be able to set a history recovery action (ie. add History Recovery for an adapter component set to HistoryOnly data collection mode) on only those specific nodes?
