Adapter for OPC UA to support Global Discovery Server

Currently, to manage the OPC UA Server/Adapter certificate, we have to manually move the certificate or get the certificate trusted beforehand. This is expected for self signed Application certificate for both the Server and the Client (Adapter). However even with Certificate chain (Root CA >Intermediate CA>Application), we still need to manually get the Root and Intermediate CAs with their respective CRL to the Adapter Issuer/Trusted folder (with CRL folder manually created). As the certificate and CRL expired, we still need to manually replace them...

If Adapter support the Global Discovery Server (GDS), all the certificate management can be handled at one place (push/pull method) instead of manually copying/moving certificates/CRL as they expired
