Allowing the MQTT adapter to set PI Point attributes during the creation process

we're interested in having the ability to configure the zero, span and some other points parameters during the creation of the PI points. currently when points are created. they're defaulting to zero=0 and span=100. while also displaying Boolean points as int16.
