Support for additional Complex Data Types for all Adapters

Request to enhance the Adapters to support more complex data types, specifically value/quality pairs. While some Adapters currently support geolocation and coordinate complex data types, they do not all support value/quality data types. In industrial environments, it’s important to capture both the data value and its quality (good, bad, questionable etc) to maintain data integrity. The current workaround for capturing quality data involves creating additional streams, which leads to increased stream consumption and extra effort to process the quality data downstream. Furthermore, there is precedent for quality support in other adapters such as the OPC UA and DNP3 adapters.
