Add option to "Purge Streams and Types" in a Namespace

As an Edge admin, I would like an option to clean up a Namespace on my Edge Data Store so that I can easily re-create types, streams, and send data easily. The current "Purge Stream Event Data" is useful, but I don't need a nuclear "Reset Configuration" in most cases.

    A new capability to purge streams, views and types has been added to the Edge Data Store Admin API, available now in CTP 3. Data management for Streams, Types and Views is also available via the EDS/SDS API.

    We will look into this as a CTP 2 feature. Would you like a UI or just an Admin API call to delete types and streams?
