Retrieve EDS Data Egress Status through REST API call

It would be great to have a REST API call available in EDS to get the current data egress state rather looking it up through the logfiles. The idea is to get information about when data was (successfully) egressed to OCS, AVEVA Data Hub or the PI WebAPI OMF Endpoint.

    Hi Hans-Otto, since the date of this post, we released a new version of Edge Data Store (Edge Data Store 2023), where we included enhancements to egress configuration as well as health and diagnostics information. With the introduction of manual egress functionality in Edge Data Store, you have access to more specific egress status information for each egress job. If your comments are specific to periodic egress scenarios, it'd be great to know which field or type of information you're looking for (ie. latest timestamp of an egressed value, connection status). Please elaborate here if the new version enhancements still don't satisfy your needs. Thank you.
