Store Images & Pictures into EDS

Ability to store images as time bound data into EDS, and send the images to OCS for longer term storage, viewing or modeling/analysis. Example scenario: a thermal camera takes a picture of a furnace, image stored locally, and then sent to OCS where it is used to extract data and performance KPIs about the furnace (stored back into OCS).

    At least a modicum of security assurance is implied in this request as files crossing the organizational boundary to OCS needs to be considered. Serving file formats with known exposures to embedded unwanted content from lulz to stenography or malicious code needs one or more mitigations.
