Trend Stream Property Search

Ability to search for stream properties in OCS Trends.

    For streams that come from PItoOCS, there are two properties for every stream that show up in the Trend search: Value and SystemStateCode. Typically, we are only concerned with trending the Value properties so it would be good to be able to limit the search to just these results.
