Provide generic health monitoring dashboard and notification mechanism

Challenge: AVEVA Data Hub shall be used as a data management platform which is being used to provide data reliable to be used for various different applications. As the platform is not being monitored by administrators continuously, there should be a possibility to provide health information for different aspects of the platform with pro-active information distribution. As there will be many potential data sources be connected to AVEVA Data Hub (PI to Data Hub Agent, Data Hub to PI, PI Adapters, Edge Data Store etc.) it is quite challenging to monitor and troubleshoot in case of outage of a subsystem or if there are issues with the platform itself.

Solution: Provide a system health monitoring functionality which is configurable to monitor data ingress, generic system health and SLA/availability of services. This will help system administrators to keep track of issues and support them in troubleshooting.
