Enable smart trending for dense data resolutions (avoid the max events limitation)

The API limitation of 250k events per call limits the ADH trend capability.
As an example, a user can currently not trend a longer period of data (less than 3 days for 1s data).
We initially worked around it by changing the limit in the ADH back-end (needs to be done by AVEVA staff), but it was found that the ADH trend could still not show a longer period. Idea: implement a more smart summary call, to get just enough data to show a trend for a period, whilst fetching more data only if the user/application zooms in (like PlotValues in the PI System).
