Add tooltip and doc. link for Shape selector in Data View config UI

When configuring a data view, there is switch for Shape that allows a choice of Standard or Narrow (see screenshot), but there is no information on what this selection means. Users can see the affect by choosing one or the other and clicking on the Apply button, but it would be useful to have easy access to further information via a tooltip and/or link to documentation.

    To make it clearer for users what the different data view shape options are, we have added a more informational tooltip, as well as a handy link to the documentation
