View data in Different Time Zones

As a service provider, I need the ability to view data in the time zone of where the asset/customer are located or the time zone I'm located in SO THAT we can work in the right time context and collaborate easier with our customers.

    This would be a key feature to add to ADH. Large customers that bring data together in a central PI Server from geographically distributed sites located in different time zones struggle to compare data across sites where the metrics used are things like daily or shift-wise summaries (i.e., the time of day in the local time zone is relevant). This becomes quite complex in the on-prem. PI System, especially when the differing time zones follow different DST rules.

    I imagine the local time zone information of the data source could be stored as a piece of meta-data with a stream so that system tools and clients can have the option to apply query time ranges in the local time zone of the data stream.
