Partners can create their own displays from shared data

As a company that shares data with our partners, my partners would like the ability to create their own displays from data we share with them SO THAT they can build what they need in a self-service model (and we don't have to build everything for them).

    Community data sources: Communities can now be added as data sources. Communities are managed and configured in CONNECT data services. A community allows trusted partners to share their data streams. Once a community is configured as a data source in CONNECT visualization, community streams have the same capabilities as namespace streams; they appear in search, can be access by the Industrial AI Assistant, and can be used in visualizations and experiences.
