Delegate Sharing of my data to a Trusted Business Partner

My company wants to share operational data resources (streams, assets, etc.) with a business partner of ours (our customer). Our customer then wants to share those same resources to a partner of theirs. We would like to have the option to delegate this sharing to them so they can setup another community and re-share streams to their partner without getting us involved in all their business matters. We would like the ability to be informed and have some visibility into who has access to our data of these activities and have the ability to cancel delegation and pull back sharing of our data at any time. We still need control over our data.
